Ambassadors Group Declares Quarterly Dividend
Spokane, WA – February 24, 2004
Ambassadors Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPAX) (“Company”), a leading provider of educational travel experiences, announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend payment of $0.11 per share, which will be paid on March 23, 2004, to all common shareholders of record on March 9, 2004. The Company’s board of directors will review quarterly whether a dividend payment is consistent with its strategic direction.
